What if we are still under contract?
Most switches happen mid-contract. Tell us your renewal date and we will build the timeline around it, including discussing coverage of the overlap so you are not paying two providers at once.
Will we lose our historical data?
No. Your history is the most valuable part of your IR system. We migrate contacts, holdings history, meeting logs and notes.
What if our provider makes exporting difficult?
We have handled exports from every major IR platform, including partial or awkward export formats. Where a provider limits exports, we work from the files you are contractually entitled to and rebuild structure on our side.
How long does it actually take?
We work with urgency. A typical migration takes 1–4 weeks, in some cases faster or longer, and we keep you posted throughout.
What happens to our IR website?
If you also move your IR website to Closir, we migrate content, documents and historical filings, keep your URL structure and set up redirects so search rankings and existing links are preserved.
Who has access to our data during the migration?
Only the named members of your migration team. Data is transferred over encrypted channels and covered by a signed NDA before any file moves.
Do you guarantee complete data migration?
Yes. The Switch Programme does not end until you are 100% satisfied and have signed off on the migration.
